I will always provide postage confirmation to the Buyer.

IMPORT DUTIES
All export/import duties/taxes are paid by the Buyer directly. 

PROBLEM WITH AN ORDER
I do my very best to avoid problems, delays or disappointment.  

If there is an agreed defect with the item on delivery, and agreement is made to return for refund, it needs to be dispatched within a reasonable one week time frame for processing of refund. It is best for the Buyer to return via tracked delivery to cover them for loss.

PLEASE NOTE - Sizing may differ slightly as most items Handmade. Refunds will not be issued regarding a slight size difference. 

PLEASE NOTE - colour may differ slightly depending on the lighting, device settings etc... but on the most part all will be accurate. Refunds will not be issued regarding slight colour difference.

PLEASE NOTE - reactions/discolourations to costume jewellery is common. TOP TIP - light coating of clear nail polish can act as a barrier between jewellery and skin and help prevent this. Please bear that in mind before purchasing. As everyone reacts differently, refunds will not be provided on that basis.

EXCHANGES RETURNS REFUNDS

1. Exchanges not accepted

2. Returns are accepted up to 14 days

3. Only items in their original, undamaged, unstained and unworn condition can be returned for refund. 

4. For sanitary/hygiene reasons, jewellery, hair accessories and beauty products are not eligible for returns. 

5. Items marked on the product page as "final sale" are not eligible for returns. 

6. Non-QuirkyCreationsNI items sent to our return address will be disgarded. 

7. The original shipping fees are non refundable. 

8. A £3 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund 

9.Customers pay return fee. 

10. We recommend you purchase a tracked return label to cover yourself if the courier looses/damages your item. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. 

11.Refunds will be issued within 7 business days, after verifying the condition of the item(s) 

12. Buyers are responsible for any customs

13. Buyers are responsible for any import tax

14. I am not resp onsible for custom delays 

15. Free return for refund if there is an agreed defect with the item. NOTE I do product control and take photos of each item before dispatch to avoid this problem. 

DELIVERY DELAY
If you need tracked postage, message me first before ordering to allow me to amend the postage price for your chosen item. I order my postage online, I get a reference number. Orders are scanned & collected, I get email confirmation. Please note Royal Mail will only investigate delayed deliveries 10+ working days (UK) and 25+ working days (worldwide) beyond the expected delivery date. If/when they deem your parcel lost, I will refund you. They recommend I do not refund until they clarify. Please understand that, once I dispatch an order, Royal Mail are then responsible for delivery.

I am in the UK. Please bear in mind. 

WATCHES
These fashion watches do not come with instructions or warranty, as most fashion watches now. This reflects in the price. My supplier has informed me all Instructions are available via Google search if required, but unlikely to be needed

PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders are genuine stock that I am waiting on being delivered in a short time. In the most part, I have been able to get the pre-orders dispatched well before the expected date, which will always be clearly stated in my listings. It allows a buyer to safeguard an item they really want. This has been hugely successful to date.

DELIVERY NOTE
Merely on principle of paper wastage, I don't include a delivery note with my orders. All order details will remain available on your Shopify Account.
