Shipping policy

Depending on the time orders are submitted, I aim to dispatch all orders the same day, for next working day collection by Royal Mail.

UK - I will upgrade your delivery best I can as often as I can. Royal Mail aim to deliver UK orders in 3-4 working days. They will only investigate delays 10 working days after expected delivery date.

INTERNATIONAL - Royal Mail aim to deliver International orders in 7-10 working days. They will only investigate delays 25 working days after the expected delivery date.
